Our Purpose & Vision
Zahia Pty Ltd was established in 2024 with the main purpose of:
- Promoting and nurturing community-driven initiatives and community-led actions
- Co-creating and co-designing communities where people can thrive and live well (accessibility, participation, support)
- Promoting practices and systems that strengthen community solidarity and create connected, caring communities
- Designing solutions underpinned and guided by the values of social justice, equity and genuine inclusion

Community Minds
Community Minds (CM) was originally founded in 2014 by Zizi Charida as a charity organisation. After 10 years leading CM, Zizi established a new entity to continue delivering the innovative programs that began under Community Minds.
Today, CM operates as an initiative of Zahia Pty Ltd, with a mission to deliver programs and projects that inspire and invigorate community-mindedness, helping build more connected, inclusive, and resourceful communities around the world.

Let’s Talk Community™
Let’s Talk Community (LTC) is an initiative that helps us have better conversations and engagement in our community. LTC is an informal approach to having conversations in the community in places where people play, interact, socialise and work.
The message of ‘Let’s Talk Community’ is positive, it gets people curious and willing to engage in conversation. The LTC concept encourages grounded community conversations placing people at the centre, driving community change.
Communities don’t need technical solutions, rather human centred approaches.
