The Let’s Talk Community™ Megadeck has become a valuable part of my facilitation toolkit.
What distinguishes it is its thoughtful structure, 200 double-sided cards spanning People, Place, Me to We, Love and Future, enabling conversations to move from individual reflection to shared vision and collective action. I have used the Megadeck in community engagement forums, strategic planning workshops and team development settings.
In one session, we explored a question about what participants felt most connected to in their community. The responses surfaced shared values and clarified collective priorities before we moved into planning. It strengthened trust and mutual respect, elevating the quality of collaboration that followed. Often, I find that using just one side of a single card is sufficient to open rich, meaningful dialogue.
It is a resource that is both practical and impactful, thoughtfully designed, straightforward to implement and consistently effective in generating meaningful conversation.
