  • Shipping Area: We offer standard Australian delivery/shipping.
  • Shipping Cost: Shipping costs are absorbed in the full cost of the item purchased (free shipping within Australia).
  • International Shipping: For shipping outside of Australia, please contact us via our contact page or email for a quote.
  • Express/Pickup: For express deliveries or to arrange a pick up, please contact us via our contact page before placing your order.
  • Delivery Times: While we endeavour to meet estimated delivery times, we are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.

4. Digital Products

  • Digital products are delivered electronically. After payment, you will receive a link to download or access the digital content.
  • Usage Rights: Digital products are for personal or internal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or use them for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Zahia PTY LTD.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Damages

  • No Change of Mind Refunds: Please choose carefully. We do not offer refunds if you change your mind or make the wrong decision.
  • Damaged/Compromised Products: If a physical product is compromised, damaged, or faulty upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item with photographic evidence. We will offer a replacement or a full refund for damaged items.
  • Digital Products: If a digital product is faulty (e.g., corrupted file) and cannot be accessed, please contact us to receive a functional file.
